On March 16, Chinese Consul General in Penang Zhou Youbin attended the 42nd Anniversary of The Malaysian National Chinese Association Cultural Assembly and the 40th Cultural Festival Flag-Raising Ceremony. Speaker of Penang State Legislative Assembly Dato' Seri Law Choo Kiang, President of the Federation of Chinese Associations Malaysia Tan Sri Datuk Seri Panglima Dr. Goh Tian Chuan, Chairman of Penang Chinese Town Hall Tan Sri Tan Khoon Hai, teachers and students from Penang Chinese Girls' High School also attended the event.
