On 19th August, Acting Chinese Consul General in Penang Ding Qiao attended the inauguration ceremony of the 24th executive committee of Penang Chinese Town Hall (PCTH). Over 300 guests attended the ceremony, including Malaysian Minister of Human Resources YB Steven Sim Chee Keong, Chairman of PCTH Tan Sri Tan Khoon Hai, other executive committee members and representatives of various associations.
