On October 25, Chinese Consul General in Penang Zhou Youbin attended the “Spreading Love with Art, Building Dreams for Chinese Education” charity art exhibition hosted by the Penang Chinese School Teachers’ Association. Over 100 guests attended the event, including Speaker of the Penang State Legislative Assembly YB Dato’ Seri Law Choo Kiang, President of the Penang Chinese School Teachers’ Association Mdm. Loh Yat Cheng and Assistant Director of Penang State Education Department Mr. Thor Kean Khey.
