On February 5, Chinese Consul General in Penang Zhou Youbin attended the 2025 Penang Pai Thee Kong Chinese New Year Cultural Celebration. Also present were Minister of Human Resources of Malaysia YB Steven Sim Chee Keong, Deputy Minister of Finance of Malaysia YB Lim Hui Ying, Penang State Executive Councillor YB Wong Hon Wai, National Chairman of Democratic Action Party YB Lim Guan Eng, Penang State Legislative Assembly member YB Wong Yuee Harng, and Chew Jetty Association Chairman Chew Teik Kiong.
