On February 9, Chinese Vice Consul General in Penang Mdm. Ding Qiao attended the Penang State Administrative Branch of Malaysia-China Chamber of Commerce Chinese New Year Cultural Reception. Penang State Executive Councillor YB Wong Hon Wai, Deputy Chairman of the Tourism Malaysia Yeoh Soon Hin, Malaysia-China Chamber of Commerce President Loo Kok Seong and Penang State Administrative Branch President Teh Eng Hin also attended the event.
