On September 3, Chinese Consul General in Penang Zhou Youbin attended the Grand Opening of New Plant of iSilver Materials (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. Also present were Dato' Mohd Sahil Bin Zabidi, Group CEO of Kulim Technology Park Corporation Sdn Bhd.; Puan Nazlizan Abdullah, Director of MIDA Kedah & Perlis; Wu Wenhao, President of Good-Ark; Shi Yuchao, General Manager of iSilver Materials (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. and representatives from relevant local organizations.

In his speech, Consul General Zhou stated that in recent years, China and Malaysia have enjoyed a high degree of political mutual trust, frequent high-level exchanges, and increasingly deepening economic and trade cooperation. He hopes that the opening of iSilver Materials' new plant would create a number of high-quality jobs and cultivate a group of highly skilled technical personnel for the local community, becoming a model of economic and trade cooperation between China and Malaysia, and contributing to the industrial upgrading of northern Malaysia and the building of a high-level strategic China-Malaysia community with a shared future.
