On October 24, Chinese Consul General in Penang Zhou Youbin attended the Opening Ceremony of Linktel Malaysia - Phase II. Penang State Executive Councilor (EXCO) for Local Government, Town and Country Planning YB. Jason H’ng Mooi Lye, Penang State Assemblyman YB. Goh Choon Aik, Director of MIDA Penang Office Mr. Muhammad Ghadaffi Sardar Mohamed,GM of NCIA Investment Division Mme. S Asmazura Ismail,Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Linktel Technologies Co., Ltd. Mr. James Zhang Jian, representatives from related local institutions and enterprises attended the event.
