On November 1, Chinese Consul General in Penang Zhou Youbin attended the 4th "China-Malaysia Friendship" Scholarship Award Ceremony. Over 100 guests attended the event, including Speaker of the Penang State Legislative Assembly YB Dato' Seri Law Choo Kiang, representatives of the Chinese School Committees Association of Penang, Perak, Kedah and Perlis, as well as teachers and students from Chinese primary and secondary schools.
