On December 7, Chinese Consul General in Penang Zhou Youbin attended the 150th anniversary celebration of the Penang Chinese Town Hall (PCTH). Over 800 guests including Chief Minister of Penang YAB Chow Kon Yeow, Speaker of the Penang State Legislative Assembly YB Dato' Seri Law Choo Kiang, Malaysian Minister of Human Resources YB Steven Sim Chee Keong, Deputy Minister of Finance YB Lim Hui Ying, and PCTH chairman Tan Sri Tan Khoon Hai attended the event.
