On November 9 , Chinese Consul General in Penang Zhou Youbin attended the 98th Anniversary Celebration of the Perak Chinese Assembly Hall. Over 800 guests including Minister of Housing and Local Government of Malaysia YB Nga Kor Ming, President of the Perak Chinese Assembly Hall Datuk Kwan Foh Kwai attended the event.
