On March 8，Chinese Vice Consul General in Penang Mdm. Ding Qiao attended the 4th Dr. Wu Lien-Teh Award for Leadership in Public Health Ceremony. Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Director of Guangzhou National Laboratory Professor Dr. Zhong Nanshan was honoured with this award. Also present were Chief Minister of Penang YAB Chow Kon Yeow, Speaker of Penang State Legislative Assembly Dato' Seri Law Choo Kiang, Penang State Executive Councillor YB Wong Hon Wai and YB Gooi Zi Sen, former Director-General of Health Malaysia Tan Sri Dato' Seri Noor Hisham Abdullah, former Chief Minister of Penang Tan Sri Dr. Koh Tsu Koon, President of The Dr. Wu Lien-Teh Society Penang Dato' Seri Dr. Anwar Fazal, Director of the Penang State Health Department Dato' Dr. Fazilah Binti Shaik Allaudin and Executive Director of the Penang Institute Dato' Dr. Ooi Kee Beng.
